I crashed the in-flight entertainment system

Malaysian airline flies with Boeing 767. Every headrest is equipped with a small screen and your armrest holds a remote to control. In the age of individualization every passenger controls his or her own video- and radio channels, can play games, make phone calls, send e-mail and text messages and keep track of the ongoing flight information with live map projections.I love buttons and spend the first hour of our flight to explore all possibilities, i.e. I wanted but something went wrong. I still could surf the video and audio however the interactive part did not work. As the control is a combination of play station keys, tv remote and a telephone I blamed myself and started reading the F manual. But as I red all it became clear my interactive entertainment center was not working properly and I asked the flight attendant. She did not even blink and told me not to touch a single button for three minutes as she would reset the system. With planes being equipped for the overly spoiled and expecting traveler, flight attendants have gained themselves additional tasks. Next to their flight safety- and eternal smiling service tasks they have become in-flight entertainment system administrators.
